Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide medical treatment and patient care for veterans in a VA-affiliated clinic in the United States. You will work with the PACT team and expanded VA services to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements include MSN, CRNP licensure, ACLS, DEA registration, and strong English and computer skills. Clinical experience in primary care and a commitment to veteran care are essential.

Qualifications

• MSN degree from an accredited program and CRNP licensure.
• Certificate or credential to practice as CRNP with VA eligibility.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience; three years preferred in primary care.
• ACLS certification and active DEA registration are required.
• Strong English communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to veterans at the clinic.
• Collaborate with the PACT team and expanded VA services to develop care plans.
• Diagnose and treat veterans under supervision of a physician.
• Complete medical records documentation within 24 hours of encounters.
• Assist with patient enrollment and retention efforts.
