Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver prescribed medical treatment and personal care to veterans within a clinic setting, under physician supervision.

You will work with the PACT team (Provider, RN, MA) and extended VA/ community services to develop individualized care plans. The role requires MSN and CRNP certification, ACLS as per VA contracts, and VA credentialing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a graduate program for nurse practitioner (MSN required).
• Minimum one-year clinical experience (three years preferred) as a CRNP in primary/ambulatory care; government healthcare environment preferred.
• Credentialed and in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration (VA).
• ACLS as specified by individual VAMC contract.
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Actively diagnoses and treats veterans under supervising physician.
• Develops and implements patient management plans and ensures continuity of care.
• Interprets test results and coordinates follow-up care.
