Job summary

Valor Healthcare is seeking a Part-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care for veterans within a clinic setting in Clarion. You will work with the core PACT team to develop patient care plans and ensure timely documentation and compliance with VA guidelines.

The role requires MSN and active NP certification, with at least one year of CRNP experience in primary care; experience in a government healthcare environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• MSN degree or equivalent with nurse practitioner preparation.
• Certification by applicable professional organization.
• Minimum one-year clinical experience as CRNP in primary/ambulatory care; VA contract preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat veterans under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with PACT team to develop patient care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and provide patient follow-up.
• Complete medical records documentation within 24 hours of encounters.
• Ensure compliance with VA guidelines, policies, and training requirements.
• Support outreach events and patient enrollment guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service to veterans in person and by phone.
