HMR Veteran's Services, LLC seeks a dedicated Cook to provide nutritious, high-quality meals for veteran residents. You will prepare meals meeting dietary needs while upholding safety, sanitation, and food quality standards. You may assist with special events and resident activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safe handling practices.
• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or similar food service settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served with high quality and consistency.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist with meal prep for special events and resident activities.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products.
• Collaborate with Dietary Services to provide excellent resident service.
