Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Conversational Spanish for client correspondence (written and oral).
• Ability to deliver empathetic, high-quality service and build trust.
• Conflict resolution skills and de-escalation ability.
• Strong active listening and emotional intelligence in client interactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for case status updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and procedural flow of cases, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Serve as the client's primary point of contact via calls, emails, texts, and web inquiries.
• Respond to client and internal requests promptly, balancing tasks and team goals.
• Gather case details and documents and enter them into the case management system.
• Maintain accurate case information in the system.
• Prepare VA submissions under attorney direction, including lay statements.
• Gather client feedback to improve services and address concerns.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team to ensure a cohesive client experience.
