Qualifications

• Familiarity with veterans/services and mental illness/substance use populations.
• Eligibility to register for QMHA-I or CADC-I within specified timeframes.
• Must be honorably discharged from US Armed Forces or have 5 years in veterans-focused program.

Responsibilities

• Direct interactions with veterans engaged in behavioral health services.
• Coordinate transportation to appointments and connect with medical services.
• Assist with referrals to community resources and case management activities.
• Collaborate with clinicians, medical staff, and peer supports within CMHP-CCBHC.
