Job summary

The Veterans Benefits Administration is seeking a reviewer to conduct individual quality reviews of VSRs to assess authorization quality levels and ensure compliance with monthly performance standards. • Ability to document findings clearly and provide actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Performs individual quality reviews to determine the authorization quality level of VSRs for purposes of individual performance standards in accordance with an established monthly schedule.
• Conducts focused in-process reviews for cases to determine the accuracy of claims action taken. Reviews are used for station-level feedback and improvement.
• Reports authorization quality trend information with management on an ongoing basis and with the VSRs during training sessions.
