Responsibilities

• Perform focused quality reviews to assess authorization quality and accuracy.
• Share authorization quality trend information with management and staff.
• Review products to evaluate performance and enter results in STAR checks.
• Develop QA processes addressing unique work conditions and practices.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements from VA organizations.
• Prepare STAR data reports for regional office use.
