Responsibilities

• Make initial contact with all new clients within 24 hours of case assignment.
• Inform clients of the supervising attorney's plan and VA claim status.
• Respond to client voice mail messages or emails within deadlines set by supervisor.
• Detail all client communications in Litify notes and logged calls.
• Review incoming mail and complete Litify checklist items as directed.
• Take action on supervisor recommendations and keep Case Plan updated.
