Job summary

You will manage multiple files, collaborate with paralegals, and use Prevail to track deadlines, delivering clear guidance to clients with compassion and precision.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of client representation is a plus.
• Experience in VA disability law is a plus — but not required.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop legal strategies from C-files and medical records
• Draft and file VA appeals, legal briefs, and motions
• Represent veterans before the BVA and VA regional offices
• Collaborate with case managers and paralegals
• Track all deadlines and progress in Prevail
• Advise clients by weighing options toward a successful outcome
