Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-05 in the Federal service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with workload forecasting for Veteran Transportation Services.
• Support scheduling design and procedure development.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and document changes.
• Assist in evaluating and improving the operational flow of the Veteran Transportation Services program.
