Qualifications

• Specialized experience: one year at GS-05 level or equivalent in federal service.
• Examples include dispatching and managing multiple modes of transportation for patients.
• Experience maintaining a transportation scheduling and reporting system.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with veterans, caretakers, clinical and voluntary staff, and senior management to ensure program success.
• Collect and enter required data and forward correspondence to the proper department.
• Manage the dispatch services for the Medical Center's VTS program.
• Determine veteran eligibility for VTS services.
