Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at GS-5 level or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating transportation, scheduling, collecting and tracking data.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Experience entering data into automated tracking databases.
• Experience planning and directing a program that provides support services.

Responsibilities

• Performs work involving consult management, appointment scheduling and admissions scheduling.
• Collects, compiles, and tracks data and statistics to support VTS.
• Performs a basic analysis of the data and generates reports.
• Reviews documents and ensures data entry is complete and accurate.
• Coordinates day-to-day operation of the VTS program flow, processes and functions.
• Plans and provides support services in electronic records management, driver scheduling, and space utilization.
