Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. seeks a Program Operations Supervisor I to lead a high-impact Veterans Suicide Prevention program in the Northridge area. You will supervise staff, strengthen workflows, oversee quality and grant performance, and collaborate with VA partners and community providers.

The role emphasizes revenue cycle oversight, reporting, training, and adherence to TTC policies and external regulations, with opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required for Supervisor I.
• Academic counseling certificate preferred for potential advancement.
• Experience supervising staff in a management or supervisory role is expected.

Responsabilités

• 1. Supervise staff as assigned by Director and oversee daily operations.
• 2. Manage revenue cycle training, credentialing registration, and billing processes.
• 3. Perform chart audits and ensure records comply with TTC policies and external regulations.
• 4. Prepare and submit various reporting requirements including QA and performance reports.
• 5. Oversee provider reimbursement programs and unit cost controls.
• 6. Attend in-service training and staff meetings and support ongoing staff development.
• 7. Communicate with staff to ensure compliant and professional behavior.
• 8. Develop and maintain SOPs for revenue cycle activities.
• 9. Conduct performance evaluations and participate in committee meetings.
• 10. Manage projects and present audit findings to upper management.
• 11. Assist with hiring, discipline, and documentation compliance.
