Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required; levels I–III described in the guidelines.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle and healthcare administration is helpful.
• BA/AA or higher may be substituted for education with CEO approval

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff and manage shift operations.
• Oversee patient activities and staff responsibilities.
• Maintain records in line with TTC policies and standards.
• Prepare and submit performance reports and audits.
• Participate in staff training, meetings, and committee work
