Job summary

Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. seeks a Program Operations Supervisor I to lead a Veterans Suicide Prevention program and supervise staff under the direction of the Program Director.

The role focuses on improving workflows, partner collaboration, and program quality, including emerging wellness services. The position requires dedication to mission, capacity to manage multiple duties, and active participation in management and clinical committees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Academic counseling certificate preferred.
• BA or AA degree may substitute education with CEO approval.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree appropriate for higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff as assigned by the Director, including counselors, case managers, and front-line staff.
• Oversee revenue cycle related tasks such as billing, accounts receivable, and third-party reporting.
• Conduct chart audits, ensure compliance with TTC policies and external regulations.
• Develop and submit performance and data reports as required.
• Lead staff meetings, trainings, and program improvements.
