Job summary

Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Regular Full-time Clerical Supervisor in Tarzana, CA to oversee day-to-day patient operations and staff coordination.

The role supports the SAMHSA MAT-PDOA program and reports to the Program Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining records, participating in audits, and ensuring safety and compliance with Joint Commission standards and TTC policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma/GED. Completion of higher education (Bachelor's, Master’s degree, etc.) may be required depending on contractual obligations.
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of assigned staff and shift-to-shift operations.
• Ensure patient safety through oversight of physical plant maintenance functions.
• Conduct and participate in chart audits, record keeping, and reporting to comply with TTC policies and external regulations.
• Assist in development and submission of various reporting requirements and performance improvement reports.
• Expand network of referral resources through regular networking and outreach activities.
• Attend in-service training and educational workshops.
• Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors regarding patient and staff progress.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to TTC ethics and confidentiality policies.
• Document in medical records any rendered services when appropriate.
• Participate in medical record reviews and other audits as assigned.
• Know current legal standards pertaining to professional practice and abuse reporting.
