The Veteran Services Program Support Specialist II provides essential administrative support to program staff and helps with data entry, file review, and eligibility determinations for federal and state programs.
The role involves coordinating referrals with other departments, answering Vet Line calls, and handling various office duties to ensure smooth operations for the Veteran Services program.
This position is responsible for providing support to all program staff within the Veteran Services program. This position will report directly to Veteran Services Program Supervisor. The Veteran Services Program Support Specialist II will perform a variety of general office tasks including, data entry, file review, file maintenance, program eligibility, return phone calls, in addition to other office duties.
