Job summary

ACCESS in Medford, OR, seeks a CCR Program Support Specialist to assist with data entry, file maintenance, and program eligibility. The role reports to the CCR Program Supervisor and supports multiple staff with administrative tasks.

You will handle data entry, file review, and documentation for various federal and state assistance programs while coordinating referrals and preparing staff documents as directed.

  • Demonstrative excellent record keeping and organizational skills with at least six months’ administrative duties experience.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Input accurate information in a timely manner into multiple databases as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the CCR Program Supervisor, Program Manager, and Department Director.
  • Assemble and maintain files, reference materials, and create documents for staff as instructed.
  • Perform documentation review for data entry errors; communicate errors to program staff.
  • Interview, screen, and determine participant eligibility for Federal and State Assistance programs.
  • Coordinate with other Departments and/or Agencies to provide referrals for programs/services in the community.
  • Answer and return phone calls from the Fire Line in a timely manner, responding appropriately.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned by the CCR Program Supervisor.

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products and web-based applications.

  • A valid Oregon driver’s license with a record that is acceptable under ACCESS’ insurance policies.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
