Job summary

PTSD Foundation of America in Houston, TX is seeking an Aftercare Grant Coordinator to provide administrative and program-coordination support for grant-funded intake and applications. You will manage documentation, communicate with applicants, and route applications for review and funding decisions, while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with multiple departments.

The role is full-time, on-site at the Camp Hope Campus, with evening or weekend needs based on program requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Experience in administrative coordination or grant-funded programs is a plus.
• Strong organization and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize grant-funded applications for the Aftercare Department.
• Communicate with applicants about requirements and status within timelines.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical grant files and tracking systems.
• Route complete applications to designated personnel for review and funding decisions.
• Coordinate with staff across departments to ensure grant compliance and reporting.
• Ensure confidentiality of client, financial, and grant-related information.
