Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to connect with Veterans, families, VA-related partners, and senior communities. The role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and generating new client inquiries to drive growth.

You will work with the team to ensure warm onboarding, accurate intake, and ongoing client retention, while navigating VA processes and private-pay options.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Experience in outreach, sales, or client development preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain referral relationships with VA-connected partners and senior service providers.
• Generate new client leads through outreach, facility visits, and networking.
• Educate Veterans and families about non-medical personal support services.
• Explain private-pay vs VA-covered options to families clearly.
• Track outreach activity and client progress in company systems.
• Attend community events and vendor visits as scheduled.
