Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to build strong community relationships and develop referral partnerships with VA-related contacts, senior service providers, hospitals, and community organizations. You will generate new client inquiries, support Veteran-focused outreach, and help retain clients after services begin.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, and capable of educating Veterans and families about non-medical personal support

Qualifications

Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation and driver's license required.
Able to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Experience in sales, outreach, or community relations preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral relationships with VA-connected partners, senior service providers, discharge planners, rehab facilities, hospitals, and Veteran organizations.
Generate new client leads through outreach, networking, facility visits, follow-up calls, and community relationship building.
Educate Veterans and families about Helping Hearts USA LLC’s non-medical personal support services.
Explain private-pay options and VA-related steps without guaranteeing VA approval or payment.
Track outreach activity and client progress using company systems.
Attend community events and network with partners as assigned.
Represent the company with integrity, warmth, and professionalism.
