Meadows Behavioral Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Manager, Veteran & Military Business Development & Admissions to lead the strategy for serving veterans and military families and to coordinate referrals and admissions through VA, DoD, TRICARE, and community partners.

You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with VA centers, military treatment facilities, and nonprofit partners, while enabling smooth admissions and ongoing care with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in behavioral health, social services, or related field.
• Experience working with veterans, active-duty military, VA, DoD, TRICARE, or related services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, networking, and relationship-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a veteran and military business development strategy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with VA Medical Centers, TRICARE, DoD, veteran service organizations, and referral partners.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions for veteran and military populations.
• Educate staff on VA pathways, Community Care, and military referral processes.
• Track referral activity and measure growth, partnerships, and admission conversions.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration between Business Development and Admissions.
