Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and supportive services to Veteran households.
• Conduct thorough interviews with potential participants.
• Document progress notes and goals for each participant.

Time management skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human services (preferably Bachelor of Social Work)

Master’s degree in human services (Master of Social Work)

Five years of relevant experience in the human service or related field without a degree
