Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks a Service Coordinator to provide best practice case management for low-income Veterans and families facing homelessness or housing instability. You will coordinate housing referrals, wrap-around support, and service connections within our VOA network.

The role requires outreach experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines while maintaining sensitive client information.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with a minimum of two years of case management experience or closely related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent with four years of case management experience or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data information management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to identify Veterans eligible for SSVF.
• Provide case management to help obtain immediate housing and long-term stability.
• Identify client strengths and barriers to access VOA and community services.
• Build relationships with community resources for referrals and wrap-around services.
• Maintain case management data in HMIS and other systems.
• Stay updated on SSVF program changes and trainings.
