Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies in Helena, MT is seeking a full-time SSVF Service Coordinator to provide case management for low-income Veteran families facing homelessness. Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2+ years of case management experience or High School diploma with 4+ years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Adept with computer programs including Microsoft Office and data information management systems

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to identify Veterans eligible for SSVF
• Provide case management to help housing stability and immediate housing access
• Identify strengths and barriers to tailor SSVF services
• Coordinate with community resources for referrals and wrap-around services
• Maintain case data in HMIS and other systems
• Stay updated on SSVF program guidance and training
