• Help clients build resumes (civilian and federal) and prepare for interviews
• Provide personalized guidance and referrals to supportive services
• Track progress and maintain accurate case documentation using Salesforce
• Maintain ongoing client engagement after training to ensure lasting success
• Collaborate with employers to promote job opportunities for clients
• Represent the program at hiring events and community meetings

Responsibilities

• Support veterans one-on-one with resume development, interview prep, and job-search strategies
• Identify employment barriers and connect clients to supportive services
• Keep accurate case notes and progress in Salesforce
• Engage with employers to facilitate client placement and partnerships
