Job summary

Palmetto Goodwill's Palmetto Warrior Connection program seeks a Lead Success Coach to support veterans, spouses, and dependents across South Carolina. You will supervise staff, manage a caseload, assess participants, and deliver employability skills training to help move toward employment and financial wellness.

You will coordinate with Palmetto Goodwill, community resources, and employers to provide job leads, practice interviews, resume support, and follow-up to sustain employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing case management and employability services.
• Ability to document client contacts and progress daily.
• Support veterans and family members in employment goals.
• Collaborate with Palmetto Goodwill and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and virtual or in-person assistance to veteran program participants.
• Document all client contacts and progress in required systems.
• Conduct employment needs assessments and assist with resumes, mock interviews.
• Develop action plans and follow up to ensure employment outcomes.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and participate in outreach events.
