Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Veteran Care Manager/Sales professional to partner with healthcare providers and veteran communities in Peoria, IL. The role focuses on outside sales, developing strong referral networks with VA organizations, hospitals, and senior care facilities, and educating veterans on homecare benefits.

The ideal candidate will drive outreach, coordinate with VA Social Workers, and build relationships to generate high-value client leads.

Qualifications

Outside sales experience in home care, healthcare, or related senior services is preferred but not required.
Strong relationships with referral sources such as VA organizations, hospitals, hospices, and facilities are a plus.
High ethical standards, accountability, and ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources including VA organizations, hospitals, and facilities.
Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources to generate leads.
Plan and organize community marketing events to expand visibility and opportunities.
Monitor KPIs to achieve revenue goals and profitability.
Educate and enroll veterans in homecare benefits and enrollment processes.
