True Vet Solutions seeks a General Medicine Assistant to support veterans as they transition into care within the General Medicine Department. You will collect medical records, ensure accuracy, and maintain sensitive information in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires on-site availability, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and familiarity with veteran benefits. A compassionate, organized approach and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical terminology.
• Empathetic communication with veterans.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new Veterans to the General Medicine Department via office visits.
• Collect active duty and post-duty medical records.
• Scan and upload all medical records to the SharePoint Drive.
• Maintain logs of medical records received and sent to Veterans.
• Update and notate accounts in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company file-name conventions.
