True Vet Solutions is seeking a General Medicine Assistant to welcome veterans into care, collect and organize medical records, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the care journey. The role emphasizes empathy, meticulous record-keeping, and secure handling of sensitive information in a fast-paced office.

You will work in the General Medicine Department, maintaining CRM logs and coordinating with veterans to gather required documentation while adhering to file conventions and in-office

Competenze

• Must be able to report on-site.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with veterans or familiarity with the VA system.
• Experience with medical terminology.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to actively listen and display empathy.
• Knowledge of Veteran benefits, disability ratings, or government benefit programs.

Mansioni

• Welcome new Veterans to the General Medicine Department via office visits.
• Collect active duty and post-duty medical records.
• Scan and upload all medical records to the SharePoint Drive.
• Maintain accurate logs of medical records received and sent to Veterans.
• Update and notate corresponding accounts in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company file-name conventions.
• Full-time, in-office position: Monday-Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
