Job summary

South Piedmont Community College is seeking a detail-oriented staff member to assist the School Certifying Official in the Office of Financial Aid and Veterans Services at the OCH campus. You will provide front-line support to student veterans, service members, and dependents, handling inquiries in person, by phone, or via approved channels.

Responsibilities include intake of benefit-related documents, scanning, indexing, and maintaining enrollment-change logs, plus reminders and status

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to use basic computer applications like Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage sensitive information, often involving FERPA regulations and VA benefits.
