WellHaven Pet Health Bozeman is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist is the face of the hospital, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling basic cashier duties, and supporting the veterinary team to ensure a positive patient and client experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably at a front desk.
• Experience with computers (typing, email, etc.) and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a welcoming manner.
• Manage incoming calls and scheduling of appointments.
• Handle basic cashier duties and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and patient records.
• Support veterinary team to optimize patient flow.
