You will manage hiring, budgeting, and KPIs, while promoting a collaborative, respectful workplace and driving business growth. This leadership role emphasizes service quality and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and team development, with support from Regional leadership
• Monitor hospital finances, budgeting, and KPIs to ensure long-term success
