Animal Clinic East is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital in Walla Walla. You will manage appointments, assist with daily patient flow, handle a multi-line phone system, and provide compassionate client service.

Previous veterinary front-desk experience is preferred. The position is full-time with a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday) and compensation ranging from $17.75 to $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointments and daily patient flow.
• Handle multi-line phone system and in-person client interactions.
