Job summary

Wells Dog and Cat Hospital in Wells, ME is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, on the phone and in person. The CSR will manage appointments, educate clients, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a welcoming, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Schedules appointments and prioritizes client education and lobby needs.
• Accepts payments and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Maintains and updates client and pet records and supports administrative tasks.
• Provides compassionate service and supports veterinarians and staff.
