Job summary

Palmetto Yacht Management in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage prospective and existing clients, respond to inquiries, and drive outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads for vessel transportation and concierge services.

You will prepare quotes, track proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records while supporting account management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Must have prior inside sales experience in transportation, logistics, marine services, or related industries.
Excellent lead generation and pipeline management abilities.
Strong customer service, relationship-building, and issue resolution skills.
Account management experience with client records and long-term partnerships.
Clear verbal and written communication with professional etiquette.
Experience using CRM systems and Google productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Engage prospective and existing clients via phone and email to generate and qualify leads.
Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to nurture opportunities.
