Role Description

The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on‑site role based in Fort Pierce, FL. This position focuses on engaging prospective and existing clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and conducting outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads for vessel transportation and concierge services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing quotes, following up on proposals, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and supporting account management activities to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves coordinating with operations and logistics teams, monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand relationships with dealers, OEMs, and individual vessel owners. The Inside Sales Representative is expected to meet sales targets while providing professional, timely, and knowledgeable customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inside sales, transportation, logistics, marine services, or a related industry required!
• Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills, including comfort with phone and email outreach and pipeline management.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on relationship‑building, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
• Account Management skills, including maintaining client records, tracking activity, and supporting long‑term partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with clear, professional phone and email etiquette.
• Experience using CRM software and basic proficiency with Google productivity tools (e.g., Google sheets, Google forms etc...).
• Ability to work on‑site in Fort Pierce, FL, in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively with logistics and operations teams.
