You will translate business needs into integrated marketing programs, working closely with product, sales, digital, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate marketing experience.
• Experience in the construction, building materials, architecture, or industrial manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing external agencies or freelance resources.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (MS Dynamics and HubSpot).
• Experience developing content marketing strategies including written, visual and video thought-leadership for technical audiences.
• Experience supporting product commercialization and B2B value-proposition development.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics including SEO, email, social media, and lead-management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive vertical marketing strategies, messaging, and new product commercialization.
• Develop thought-leadership content and editorial strategy for the vertical.
• Partner with product management, sales, and executive leadership to align campaigns.
• Manage stakeholder communications and project prioritization.
• Support ASC M&A activity with market analyses and integration plans.
• Scale campaigns with digital tactics, lead management, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver marketing programs.
• Lead industry events planning, budgets, and post-event follow-ups.
