Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, STEM or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving growth through marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience in demand generation and generating qualified leads and opportunities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives including brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
