Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic leader within our Sales and Marketing team. You will develop, execute, and optimize our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

In this role, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives, manage budgets, collaborate with executive leadership and external vendors, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives to propel business success.

Qualifikationen

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of campaigns and strategies.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing (preferably within manufacturing or OEM environments).
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies and translate raw data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and intensive deadlines independently.
• Travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and customer meetings as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the US, with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Own and drive marketing initiatives end-to-end, from concept through execution.
• Partner with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
• Lead the development, delivery, and optimization of all creative and technical marketing content.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to internal marketing staff and external vendors.
• Oversee the creation, updating, and document revisions of product data sheets, catalogs, and technical marketing materials.
