Job summary

Array, a financial innovation platform, is seeking a Vertical Marketing Manager to own messaging, positioning, and pipeline acceleration within your GTM Pod. You will craft account-specific narratives and lead ABM programs that align with product, sales, and partnerships.

This senior marketer will translate data-rich capabilities into industry-focused narratives, enable sales with memorable decks and playbooks, and measure impact against revenue KPIs in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in high growth SaaS/fintech environments.
• Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Hands-on experience building account-level messaging and ABM programs.
• Strong ability to translate complex data-centric tech into clear narratives.
• Experience partnering with sales and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a vertical marketing strategy for your assigned GTM Pod.
• Develop ICPs, value props, use cases, and competitive positioning.
• Build personalized messaging by account tier, persona, and pain point.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Marketing to embed data insights into narratives.
• Translate complex capabilities into industry-specific messaging for buyers and tech stakeholders.
• Deliver field-ready enablement (decks, playbooks, battlecards, ROI tools, stories).
• Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.
