Array, a remote-first fintech platform, seeks a Vertical Marketing Manager to own personalized account messaging and vertical go-to-market strategy. You will partner across Product, Sales, and RevOps to tailor narratives, campaigns, and enablement that build pipeline and revenue for high-growth sectors in fintech and financial services.

This senior role emphasizes strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enabling data-driven storytelling and cross-functional alignment to accelerate deals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS/fintech/finance sectors.
• Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue via vertical/segment marketing.
• Hands-on experience building personalized, account-level messaging for ABM.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear industry narratives.
• Experience partnering with sales and influencing without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset tying programs to business outcomes.
• Strong multi-project management in fast-paced environments.
• Advocates using AI to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a vertical marketing strategy for the assigned GTM Pod.
• Develop ICPs, value propositions, use cases, and competitive positioning.
• Create account-tiered messaging frameworks for outreach and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing to embed insights in narratives.
• Translate data-rich capabilities into industry-specific messaging for stakeholders.
• Deliver field-ready enablement: decks, playbooks, battlecards, ROI tools, stories.
• Partner with GTM leaders to build campaigns with personalized messaging.
• Drive awareness and position Array as the embedded finance wellness leader.
