Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, commercial strategy, product management, operations, solution design, capability development, or related fields.
• 3+ years partnering with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, or Centers of Excellence organizations.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Centers of Excellence to align vertical growth strategies with enterprise capabilities and drive cross-functional execution of key priorities.
• Identify market, customer, and commercial opportunities; assess capability gaps; translate business needs into scalable solutions, requirements, and enhancement priorities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on complex and high-value opportunities by positioning enterprise solutions addressing customer challenges and scalable business models.
• Collaborate with Product and enterprise teams to support capability enhancements from concept through testing, launch readiness, and adoption.
• Analyze customer, competitor, and market trends to influence solution positioning, targeting strategies, and capability investments.
• Drive adoption of enterprise capabilities and standardized approaches to improve consistency and maximize impact across priority customers.
• Monitor and communicate progress of capability initiatives to vertical and enterprise leadership.
