Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in social media with proven track record of growing accounts and reaching non-follower audiences through short-form vertical video.
• Expert-level command of Instagram (Reels, feed, profile conversion) and fluency across TikTok and emerging vertical platforms, algorithms, trends.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret analytics.
• Hands-on creation: shooting and editing vertical video (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent).
• Leadership experience or readiness to lead creative talent.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays around game and event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel vertical strategy across Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YT Shorts to grow non-follower audiences.
• Lead the Vertical Content Creator with creative direction across platforms.
• Conceive and launch original, ownable content franchises for non-followers.
• Build a profile-conversion strategy to turn content into follows.
• Develop performance dashboards with the team and translate views into insights.
• Run non-follower testing to validate content before broad rollout.
• Manage content tagging standards for trackability.
• Direct shooting, editing and posting of premium vertical content.
• Stay current on platform behavior and expand team fluency.
• Oversee part-time game staff producing vertical highlights.
• Collaborate with partners to weave sponsorship content into storytelling.
• Align growth priorities with Sr. Social Operations Manager.
