Job summary

Holladay Ventures is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to develop video content from concept to final cut, including long-form YouTube videos and short-form clips for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You'll work closely with Evan Holladay and the Sr.

Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategy, while actively engaging with the community. You'll also repurpose content, track performance, and help shape overall content strategy to expand the brand's

Qualifications

Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video content.
Experience planning, scripting, and producing long-form YouTube videos.
Strong portfolio with examples of content you've edited, shot, or strategized.
Deep knowledge of platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Bonus: Social media management experience (scheduling, community engagement, analytics).

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish short-form video content for social platforms.
Plan, script, and produce long-form YouTube videos from topic development to final edit.
Repurpose longer content into engaging clips for each platform.
Develop hooks, thumbnails, titles, and editing styles to increase reach and retention.
Collaborate with Evan Holladay and Sr. Marketing Manager on brand voice and messaging.
Capture on-the-ground content at events and productions.
Engage with followers and partners to grow community.
Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts across channels.
Influence platform strategy with trends and analytics.
