Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of RN inpatient experience required.
• Licensed RN per IDFPR (Illinois).
• ACLS within 1 year, BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit-specific nursing duties and responsibilities.
• Document nursing care accurately for the care team.
• Complete admission assessment and develop care plans.
• Implement and adjust plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Communicate with the care team to resolve issues.
• Precept and mentor staff as needed.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
