Qualifications

• Must have 2 yrs of RN inpatient experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Implements procedures and theories related to the specific area of practice.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care to support the healthcare team.
• Completes initial assessment on admission and develops an appropriate plan of care.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Modifies plan of care to ensure patient and employee safety.
• Communicates with others to resolve issues.
• Precepts staff and coordinates care with the multidiscipline team.
