Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Float/Resource Pool, providing care across Women’s Services, Labor and Delivery, Acute Care, and ICU. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the nursing process, and collaborate with the health team.

You will have exposure to a wide variety of hospital specialties, with opportunities to cross-train and receive a shift differential and potential relocation assistance for qualified external candidates.

Qualifications

Current RN License in state of practice.
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within five years of their start date.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients using the nursing process.
Coordinate care with other health team members.
Work in areas such as Women’s Services, Labor and Delivery, Acute Care, Intensive Care.
Cross-train into multiple areas with potential for additional financial incentive.
