Job summary

You must hold a current Utah RN license (or compact), BLS, and commit to BSN within 5 years if less than 12 months experience. The position features night shifts, weekend rotation, a 10% float pool differential, and relocation

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Utah or a compact license is required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in multiple departments (Women’s Services, Labor & Delivery, Acute Care, ICU).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient populations.
• Cross-train across multiple specialties with potential for additional incentives.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation to support patient outcomes and team communication.
